You have up to a maximum of 15,000 characters per production, and you can add multiple voices and voice segments with a total of 1500 characters per segment.
The reason why there is 1500 per voice segment is due to the instability of the ElevenLabs voice engine and the generation of upwards of 750+ characters. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and is down to ElevenLabs, and we have been told this will be resolved within the coming weeks.
Trying to generate more than 1500 per segment will have an effect on the quality of the voice generation, and it will be inconsistent, so we recommend using multiple voice segments with a maximum of 750 characters.
To mitigate that, we offer multiple voice segments in the same production.
So, for example, you can add 10 x 1500 voice segments, which equates to 15,000 per export.
Please note that at this time, we are restricted to that amount, due to the Voice Engine from ElevenLabs. We have been informed that this will change in the near future and as course, once we have rigorously tested the upgrade we will then be able to increase the character limit per production.
The total of 15,000 characters per production equates to 25 minutes of audio, when using an average of 3000 words per 15,000 characters.
