Log in to your account at https://app.voiceair.ai

Click on "My Account" and choose your preferred option.

Scroll down until you see the different plans. You can now select to either "Downgrade" to a lower plan, "Upgrade" to a higher plan or click "Cancel Subscription" on your current plan. If you click on any of these, a new popup will appear asking if you are sure you want to proceed. Click "Confirm" to proceed.

If you still have issues, please contact support. When entering your details, include the email you currently use for your Voice Air account.
