Your characters will reset each month on all Voice Air plans. If you have unused characters by the end of the month, you can carry over up to two months' worth of unspent characters into your next.

This means the maximum number of characters you can have at any time is your subscription's base allotment multiplied by 3.

For example, if you are on the personal plan, the maximum number of characters you can have at any one time is 150,000 x 3 = 450,000.

If you downgrade or cancel your subscription plan, it does not take effect until the end of your current billing cycle, and unused characters are not rolled over.
