Your characters will reset each month on all VSL plans. If you have unused characters by the end of the month, you can carry over up to three months' worth of unspent characters into your next.

This means the maximum number of characters you can have at any time is your subscription's base allotment multiplied by 3.

For example, if you are on the personal plan, the maximum number of characters you can have at any one time is 75,,000 x 3 = 225,000.

If you downgrade or cancel your subscription plan, it does not take effect until your current billing cycle ends and unused characters are not rolled over.
